I remember it well.  The year was 1942 or was it '43?  Well, I was working on a secret project for "DELETED" and things were looking grim.  With the electrons and the glaven and the don't HURT me NICE Frau-LINE.  Due to my lack of progress, I was sent into the field to do "research."  This meant I was to infiltrate the oppositions facilities and become a mole (although looking back, they may have just been trying to get rid of me).  So I packed up my beakers, and along with my apesistant, ventured into the wild.  Before I knew it I was in a u-boat with this killing machine known as Jimbo Jones and on my way to Nevada.  We ran aground long before we reached the testing facility (and boy is that monkey gonna pay).  JJ, my apesistant, and I proceeded on foot and paw.  Not necessarily in that order if you know what I mean.  Armed with nothing but our trusty 44's and my wits I donned my white lab coat and we entered the facility.  I knew things were going to get messy so I had the monkey take point.  He was none too pleased so I had my apesistant lead instead.

I have to give those Americans some credit for security, but that's only because of a Court order, hey!  Seriously though, how they knew we were coming I'll never know but my apesistant still blames JJ.  Maybe it was the guns or the screaming, but it was probably the screaming.  I'll never forget the screams.  Never.  "Doctor Tongue has arrived!  Bam! Bam! Bam!". "Doctor Tongue has arrived!  Bam! Bam! Bam!".  Why he had his index fingers out and his thumbs up instead of using his machine gun I'll never know.  Anyway, after gaining every American's attention with his cry for help (mental help) I knew the mission was doomed to fail.  Well that and the fact that we were at Disneyland.  That was when DJQ finally showed up with a portable raft and we floated to Switzerland to wait out the war... or that's how Catch 22 ended.
